From Five Good Minutes in the Evening
Sit comfortably and close your eyes. Breathe mindfully or listen mindfully for about a minute. Set your intention. For example, “May this practice
enable me to leave work and feel finished, in heart,
mind, and body.” Speaking quietly to yourself, acknowledge the end of
your workday. Say something like “Now I am done
with work” or “I’m leaving work now.” Or use whatever
phrase feels right to you.
Breathe mindfully for a few more breaths. |
