From Five Good Minutes Acknowledge where there is tension in your body or your mind. Now take five minutes for the following exercise where you envision the release of all tension throughout your mind, body, and soul. Stand with your legs shoulder-width apart and
solidly planted on the ground. Your arms should Breathe deeply and relax your body incrementally so
that your fingers come closer and closer to the floor To come up without straining your back, remember to roll up slowly, one vertebra at a time, your head coming up last. Stand upright, relaxed, with your hands at your side. This is a good exercise for releasing tension. |
